"Really disappointing support experience"
I reached out to support hoping they could help, but the whole interaction just felt kind of rude and unhelpful. I didn’t really get any useful answers, and it seemed like they weren’t interested in fixing anything, so...

"Late delivery with almost no useful updates"
My order ended up taking way longer to arrive than expected, and the tracking barely changed the whole time, which made it even more frustrating. I reached out to support hoping they could give me a clear update, but they weren’t much help and mostly gave vague responses. At this point I feel like I have to escalate the complaint because the whole process was disappointing and way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Stitching fell apart way too fast"
I was disappointed with this hat. It felt cheap right out of the package, and the stitching started coming apart after barely any use. For something that should be simple to get right, that’s kind of ridiculous

"Sizing was way off and support took chasing"
I ordered a hat from zhats.com in my usual size, but the fit was completely off. It felt way tighter than expected, almost like it was made for a kid, even though I checked their sizing info before buying.
What made it more annoying was that I had to chase them just to get any kind of response about it. At this point I can’t really wear the hat, and the whole return process feels like more hassle than it’s worth. Disappointing, especially since sizing should be the easy part.

"Just wasn’t much for me"
I didn’t find much that I liked. Maybe I’m being a little picky or just wasn’t in the right mood, but the selection felt weak to me.

"Way Too Pricey for What It Is"
The quality is fine, but for the price? I was expecting something way more impressive. When I opened it, I was just like… that’s it? It’s not terrible, but it definitely felt overpriced for what I got, and I’m still a little dramatic about it.
